party. You may terminate this agreement at any time by

My Golden Credit.com site(s) and all related documentation
and all copied and install actions thereof, whether made
under the terms of this agreement of otherwise. This agreement
will terminate immediately without notice from My Golden
Credit.com if in My Golden Credit.com's sole discretion
you fail to comply with any term or provision of this
agreement. Upon termination, you must destroy all materials
obtained from this site and any and all other My Golden
Credit.com site(s) and all copies thereof, whether made
under the terms of this agreement or otherwise.
90 DAY GUARANTEE
Our Product Guarantee is that our product is not damaged
in any way & you receive our product with care. Any
damaged products will be replaced when sent back to our
office within 30 days of purchase. We will then send you
the same product purchased that was damaged in proper
condition. After 90 Days, Our Guarantee also states that
refunds will only be given if MGC Is provided “original”
proof from all 3 credit bureaus that (purchaser of MGC
product) customer(s) credit reveals no updates, corrections,
changes, deletions, etc. All proof of derogatory item(s)
disputed cannot be recent & must be seasoned for at
lest 12 months for 90 day money back guarantee to be honored
without exception.
OTHER
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance
with the laws of all 50 states, without giving effect
to any principles of conflicts of law. If any provision
of this agreement shall be unlawful, void, or for any
reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed
severable from this agreement and shall not affect the
validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
This is the entire agreement between the parties relating
to the subject matter herein and shall not be modified
except in writing, signed by both parties. |
